Black Lab Running is an all-encompassing, personalized one-on-one coaching service geared towards runners training for endurance events including detailed training plans, regular monitoring and consultation, gait analysis, race prep, and conditioning and nutrition advice devised by a veteran marathon runner and a certified Physical Therapist and Personal Trainer.
We believe that running success is attainable for all. It is our mission to help our athletes define their own vision for success and give them the tools to go get it. We don’t peddle in cookie-cutter training plans and we don’t classify runners by their level of experience or even their times. We’re in the business of coaching individuals. Every runner is on the verge of their very own, very personal, victory. We would be honored to help you get yours.
